NES Top Loader Consoles
Update: We did a lot more research recently, and we have found a good amount of newer/better deals on the NES
top loader consoles (on the Amazon.com website as usual). We have placed all of the best deals that we recently
found, right here on this page (towards the top). We hope that what we have found will help you guys save a bunch
of money on the old school NES systems. Good luck!
The classic NES top loader original game console has not been manufactured for years, yet it is
still extremely popular among games even now. You can find a ton of the Nintendo top loader systems (and the
original front loading NES consoles) for sale on eBay or Amazon at any given time for the most part. The only real
catch is that you may end up paying a little for an original NES toploader system VS the front loading NES
systems.
The top loading NES systems are known for their ability to easily play the 8-bit NES games on the very
first try, regardless of how clean the games may be. When compared to the original front loading NES
consoles, the NES top loader is far superior, not only as far as reliability goes, but as far as looks go as well.
They are built with the same components as the original NES system, but they feature a much better 72-pin
connector; this is why they are so much more reliable than the front loader systems.
Just pop in one of your favorite NES games (for example, an 8-bit Nintendo game like excitebike), and the game
almost always starts right up on the first try (without blowing into the system and game cartridge 100 times or
more). This is what makes the NES toploader systems such a huge hit among the classic Nintendo entertainment system
consoles.
They also make aftermarket FC game systems now too. For instance, they make a new FC SNES top loader system that
can play both the 8-bit NES games and the 16-bit SNES games as well, all within 1 single game console. Much like
the original NES top loader, this aftermarket NES system plays games much easier than the front loading NES systems
ever thought about playing them. And the price is right too; you can usually find these 2 in 1 FC game systems for
around $40 or so on average.
Another cool aftermarket NES top loader system is the FC3 console, which plays NES games, SNES
games, and even the Sega Genesis games too. It costs just a little bit more than the Yobo FC twin, making it one of
the best values that you can ever find when it comes to old school systems.
We list some great NES top loader systems for sale, and the prices are amazingly cheap, as you
have probably already noticed. Did you ever think that you could still buy the Nintendo entertainment system top
loader consoles? And best of all, you can buy these systems for ridiculously cheap, at least when you buy from our
partner site, Amazon.com!
